Overview

Our full refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from date of order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange. For website development services, refunds will only be issued if the appearance and layout of the website are completely different from the specifications outlined in the client’s Business Requirements Specification (BRS) document, and are limited to 50% of the amount paid (excluding active license fees). This will be processed within a specified number of days not exceeding sixty (60) days.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

  • Website development services must align with the client’s BRS document for design and layout specifications. If there are major deviations, you may be eligible for a refund.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for website development services where the layout or functionality does not match the BRS document provided by the client.

Refund Process: Once we inspect your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, a refund of up to 50% (excluding active license fees) will be processed within a specified number of days not exceeding sixty (60) days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
