REFUND STATUS

You can check the status of your refunds and orders by contacting us or if you are a registered member on storefront.co.zw you can check the status under My Orders.

Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

We refund you 100% of what you paid for the product, but we do not refund the shipping amount for products that do not qualify for free shipping.

You may refer to the the table below to see how long it takes for you to receive your refund after we receive the goods.

How Refunds Are Issued

When returning an item you should contact us and state exactly why you would like to return the product. We will then provide you with an addressee that you will send the products to. This person will handle your case untill you have received the refund. Depending on the item, the refund option may default to credit that may be used to buy something else on storefront.co.zw , but you may indicate an alternative method or select the payment method used at the time of purchase.

It may take an additional 3-5 business days (after receiving the products) to fully process your return and issue your refund.
